Access: Available to Manager and above (Owner · Manager). It is not shown to Members.

Choose a type

Select the inquiry type.

Enter a title

Enter a title of up to 200 characters.

Write and submit

Write your message and select Submit to send it to the operations team.

Your inquiries appear in a list; click a row to see the question and reply in a detail modal.
