OneS1ght is an invitation-only product. There is no self-signup; an organization administrator invites you, and you activate your account through the invitation email. This guide is for administrators logging in for the first time.

Invitation and login

Receive the invitation email

When an organization administrator invites a user, an invitation email is sent. Self-signup is not supported.

Choose a login method

You can log in two ways:
  • Social login: Google Workspace or a Microsoft business account (Entra)
  • Email + password
On your first social login, setting a password completes your signup. After that, you can use either method.

Enter the console

Once you log in, you land on the dashboard according to your role.

Passwords used with the email + password method follow these global rules.

Unregistered organizations (pending approval)

If you access the console for the first time with an organization that is not yet registered, you enter a pending approval state. You can use the console after a platform operator approves it, and the first user to enter receives the Owner role.
