When requesting the Demo Kit, send the information below to OneS1ght Support (support@ones1ght.com).

Receive and Check Package Contents

After receiving the kit pre-configured with your space settings, check the package contents below.
The placement guide (layout drawing for locators 1 – 4) is sent separately to the email address provided with your request.

(1) Preparing Installation Supplies

The items below are not included in the standard package and must be purchased separately. Depending on the mounting method, the following additional items may be required.

(2) Checking Installation Positions

Following the numbers (1 – 4) shown on the placement guide sent to you, check the positions where the 4 locators will be placed in a rectangle (rectangular layout).

(3) Installation

  1. Check the number sticker: Check the number sticker (1 – 4) attached to each locator and match it to its assigned position (1 – 4) on the placement guide.
  2. Place in a rectangle and mount: Place the 4 locators in a rectangle, and fix them using either wall mounting or tripod mounting.

Installation height
So that signals sent from the locators to phones below are not blocked by people or fixtures, we recommend an installation height of 3 m (if height is limited by site conditions, minimum 2 m), and align all 4 locators at the same height.
Precautions: When installing the locators, confirm that all 4 criteria below are met.

  1. Connect power and check LEDs: Connect power to all locators and check the LED status.

Check Indoor Positioning in the Mobile App (OneS1ght)

Open the OneS1ght app on your smartphone to check your real-time indoor position right away.
