## What is Knowledge Base?

When you register documents or data in the knowledge base, AI references them during conversations to provide more accurate answers (RAG approach).

## Managing Knowledge Base

* **Register**: Add new knowledge items (name, description, content)
* **Search**: Search by name or content
* **Delete**: Remove unnecessary items

## Usage Examples

* Register internal product manuals
* Register frequently asked questions (FAQ) data
