# Users

> Invite organization members and manage their roles

**Users** (`/org/users`) is where you manage the people in your organization and their roles.
You can invite members, change their roles, cancel invitations, and remove members.
Because OneS1ght is an invite-only product, members can only be added through the invitation emails you send from this screen.

## Roles

| System role | Display name | Permissions                                                                              |
| ----------- | ------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| owner       | Owner        | Organization owner. Manages billing, subscription, and org deletion; can assign any role |
| manager     | Manager      | Manages users and settings; can assign Manager/Member roles only                         |
| viewer      | Member       | Read-focused; cannot manage members                                                      |

## Browsing the list

Search members by name or email and filter by role and status.

* **Search**: name or email
* **Role filter**: Owner / Manager / Member
* **Status filter**: Active / Invited
* **Pagination**: 20 per page

## Inviting a user

    Enter the email, name, and role to assign.

    An invitation email is sent. Once the invitee accepts, their status changes from **Invited** to **Active**.

## Member details & management

Click a row in the list to open the detail modal.

* View sign-in method (Microsoft Entra / Google / email), status, and last login
* **Change role**
* **Remove** or **Cancel invitation** (a pending invitation older than one hour can be **Resent**)

## Role assignment rules

* The **Owner** role can only be assigned by an Owner (or a platform operator).
* A **Manager** can only assign the Manager or Member role.
* You cannot remove or change the role on your own row.
