# Insight Reports

> A read-only viewer for the periodic reports OneS1ght generates automatically with AI.

## Insight Reports

**Insight Reports** is where you read the periodic reports the AI generates automatically from your store data.
The view is read-only, and the top tabs switch between **Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Document** reports.

## Report layout

    Summarizes four key metrics as cards.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Trend chart" icon="chart-line">
    Visualizes how metrics change over the period.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Detail table" icon="table">
    Lists per-item values and their change.
  </Card>

  <Card title="AI summary" icon="robot">
    An sLLM automatically summarizes the report's key points.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

The body is shown as **section-style** or **HTML document-style** content depending on the report type.

## Working with reports

    Clicking a **recommended question** opens the [Analytics / Actions](/en/insight/analytics) chat
    with the question prefilled.

    Use the top toolbar for **Archive / Export PDF / Share**.

## Empty state

When no report has been generated yet, this message appears:

> No reports have been generated. Reports are published automatically every Monday morning.
