Frequently asked questions about using the OneS1ght console.

  <Accordion title="How do I sign up?" icon="user-plus">
    OneS1ght is an **invite-only** product — there is no self sign-up. An organization administrator invites you from [Users](/en/org/users), which sends an invitation email. See [Quickstart](/en/quickstart) for the full flow.

  <Accordion title="What sign-in methods are available?" icon="right-to-bracket">
    You can sign in with social login (Google Workspace / Microsoft business = Entra) or with email + password. When you sign in socially for the first time, you set a password, after which both methods work.

  <Accordion title="What are the password rules?" icon="key">
    A password must be **8–25 characters** and include at least one **uppercase letter, number, and special character**. You can change it in [Account Settings](/en/account).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What are the roles?" icon="users">
    Roles are **Owner** · **Manager** · **Member**. Only the Owner can handle billing, subscription, and organization deletion. Menu visibility differs by role (everyone / Manager and above / Owner only).

  <Accordion title="What do I need to use positioning?" icon="location-dot">
    To use real buildings, floor plans, and zones, register and validate a GeoSpace partner key in [Positioning Data](/en/locator/positioning-data). Without a key, positioning runs in simulation mode.

  <Accordion title="Do I need to register my own AI key? (BYOK)" icon="robot">
    The LLM used in Analytics / Actions is bring-your-own-key: you register your own provider API key. In [LLM Models](/en/agent/llm-models) you can add Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI, or Google Gemini keys. Without a key, responses are labeled "sample response."

  <Accordion title="Does connecting a data source copy my data?" icon="database">
    No. A data source is a **connection + configuration**, not a copy. File connectors retain the uploaded file, while DB and API connectors read live at query time. See [Data Sources](/en/agent/data-sources) for details.

  <Accordion title="How do I change my plan?" icon="receipt">
    Request plan changes via [Support](/en/inquiries); the actual change is performed by a OneS1ght operator. You can review your current subscription in [Subscription](/en/org/subscription).
