# Insight Reports

> A read-only viewer for the periodic reports OneS1ght generates automatically with AI.

## Insight Reports

**Insight Reports** is where you read the periodic reports the AI generates automatically from your store data.
The view is read-only, and the top tabs switch between **Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Document** reports.

> This page is visible to every member of your organization (Owner, Manager, and Member).

## Report layout

> **KPI cards**
>
> Summarizes four key metrics as cards.

> **Trend chart**
>
> Visualizes how metrics change over the period.

> **Detail table**
>
> Lists per-item values and their change.

> **AI summary**
>
> An sLLM automatically summarizes the report's key points.

The body is shown as **section-style** or **HTML document-style** content depending on the report type.

## Working with reports

**1. Follow a recommended question**

Clicking a **recommended question** opens the [Analytics / Actions](/en/console/insight/analytics) chat
with the question prefilled.

**2. Tool buttons**

Use the top toolbar for **Archive / Export PDF / Share**.

## Empty state

When no report has been generated yet, this message appears:

> No reports have been generated. Reports are published automatically every Monday morning.
