# Account Settings

> Manage your profile, password, theme, language, and email notifications

Account Settings is your personal preferences screen where you review your account, and manage your password, display theme, language, and email notifications.
Changes here apply only to your own account.

## Your information

Review your name and email (read-only). A role badge appears next to your name.

| Field | Description                                       |
| ----- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| Name  | Your name + role badge (Owner / Manager / Member) |
| Email | The email address you sign in with                |

## Change password

  This applies only if you sign in directly with email and password. If you only use social sign-in, you may not need it.

    Enter your current password to verify your identity.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter a new password">
    Enter the new password twice. It must meet all of the rules below.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    On save you are signed out for security; sign back in with the new password.

**Password rules**

| Rule              | Requirement     |
| ----------------- | --------------- |
| Length            | 8–25 characters |
| Uppercase         | At least 1      |
| Number            | At least 1      |
| Special character | At least 1      |

## Display theme

Choose Light, Dark, or System (personal setting, applied and saved instantly). **System** follows your organization's default theme or device setting.

## Language

Choose 한국어, English, or 日本語 (personal setting, applied instantly).

## Email notifications

Turn each email notification on or off.

| Notification        | Description                                       |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| Anomaly alerts      | Email sent when a metric anomaly is detected      |
| Weekly report email | Email delivery of the weekly insight report       |
| Agent action alerts | Email sent when an action agent executes a policy |
